Deep dive pre work
Before we meet, I get fully immersed in your business. I review your emails, health-check your setup, understand your data and systems, and identify risks, opportunities and structural issues. So when we're in the room together, we're building solutions - not diagnosing problems.

A full-day (or two-day) in-person workshop
We spend focused, uninterrupted time together — in person, or online if needed. The agenda is crafted around what will make the biggest impact for your team. We cover everything from data and segmentation strategy to intent-based email marketing, flow hierarchy, messaging frameworks, deliverability, re-engagement, and more. Or we go deep on the one thing that will move the needle most.

I'm Beth, an independent email and CRM consultant with over 12 years of experience in the field and 4 years of running in-person workshops with marketing teams across every industry.
I've sat in rooms with one-person marketing teams and twenty-strong departments. I've worked with charities, B2B service businesses, SaaS companies, retailers, membership organisations, D2C and many, many more.

Absolutely. Some of the most impactful workshops I run are with one or two people. We focus on what's achievable and high-impact for your situation — not a wishlist that overwhelms a small team.

That's the opposite of what we build. We prioritise together, identify quick wins you can implement immediately, and structure everything around what's realistic — not what's theoretically ideal.

A one day workshop starts from £1,800, and a two-day in-person workshop with 2x 90 minute online follow-up sessions starts from £2,500.
