You’ll still get access to everything. If you can’t attend live, I’ll follow up with you separately after the session so you don’t miss out on the content, templates, or next steps.
Is this suitable if I already understand deliverability?
Yes, and that’s kind of the point.
We’ll cover the foundations and fundamentals, but this is not a beginner-only session. It’s designed for people who know what deliverability is, but want to understand how to apply it properly, consistently, and with confidence.
Is this B2B or B2C specific?
There are two separate masterclasses. One is built specifically for B2B senders (including corporate spam filters and IT environments), and the other is designed for B2C/D2C teams where volume, engagement, and revenue impact behave very differently. If you want to come to both, then book onto one, reply to the confirmation email and I'll get you on the other one for free.
Does my employer have to pay for this?
Not necessarily. Plenty of people book themselves on and then expense it afterwards, especially as it counts towards CPD and learning & development. If you do need sign-off, the event page includes everything your employer needs to know.
What do I actually get access to?
You’ll get access to my full DIY deliverability audit framework, plus reusable audit and engagement templates, supporting tools, and materials you can apply long after the session ends.
Will there be time to ask questions?
Yes. Each session includes dedicated Q&A time, and places are limited so we can actually dig into real questions and challenges.
Do you offer support after the masterclass?
Yes - within reason. While I do offer paid consultancy, if we don’t get to your question live or something comes up afterwards, you can follow up with me directly. My inbox is always open, and I’m happy to help point you in the right direction.
Is this just theory, or will I leave knowing what to do?
This is practical, applied training.
You’ll leave with a clear audit process, concrete next steps, and templates you can use immediately, not just notes and good intentions.
How many people are on each session?
Places are capped (30 max) so the session stays practical, interactive, and useful - not a webinar where you’re one of hundreds.

What is email deliverability (and why it matters)
Email deliverability is about whether your emails reach the inbox, and what affects that outcome over time.
It’s not just authentication or avoiding spam words (this is not a thing). Deliverability is shaped by technical setup, data quality, engagement behaviour, content patterns, and how inbox providers assess sender reputation.
For B2B marketers, corporate spam filters and IT-controlled inboxes add extra complexity. For B2C and D2C teams, small changes in engagement or sending behaviour can quickly impact revenue. This is why deliverability needs ongoing monitoring, not one-off fixes.

The six-step deliverability audit process
This is the framework I use when auditing client accounts, and the same process taught in the masterclasses.
1. Situational analysis
Understand what’s happening now and where deliverability issues are showing up.
2. Technical checks (authentication, setup, alignment)
Make sure authentication, domains, and setup aren’t quietly hurting inbox placement.
3. Reputation & infrastructure review
Assess how inbox providers currently see and trust your sending setup.
4. Data & sending hygiene (validation, suppression, cadence)
Check list quality, suppression, cadence and behaviour signals that affect reputation.
5. Inbox placement testing & engagement tracking
Test where emails actually land (inbox vs spam) and find out your average spam rate per provider.
6. Interpretation, root cause matrix → prioritised action plan
Turn findings into a clear, prioritised fix plan using root-cause analysis.

Deliverability isn’t something you “fix once”. It requires consistent monitoring, testing, and sensible sending behaviour.
