When will the programme launch?
The programme is launching in Q2 of 2026. The original live masterclasses have been paused while the content is being rebuilt into a more in-depth, self-paced certification programme with significantly more value, structure, and support.
By registering your interest, you will:
- Be the first to access the programme at launch
- Secure early access pricing (£48 for the first 100 people)
- Receive updates, previews, and priority enrolment
What’s happened to the masterclasses?
They’ve evolved into the Deliverability Certification Programme. The content outgrew the live format and this is the next step, with more depth, structure, and ongoing support.
Is this just the masterclass recordings?
No. This is a full training programme. More content, structured modules, practical activities, and support to actually apply what you’re learning.
How is this different from the masterclass?
The masterclass gave you the knowledge, frameworks and strategies.
This programme is designed to help you do the work step-by-step, at your own pace, with support when you need it.
How does the certification work?
You’ll complete the training, work through your deliverability audit, and take an assessment at the end. Once completed, you’ll be Deliverability Certified.
How long do I get access for?
You’ll have access to the programme so you can complete it at your own pace and come back to it whenever you need.
What are the monthly live sessions?
You’ll get access to a monthly “Ask Me Anything” session where you can ask questions, troubleshoot issues, and get support on your deliverability.
What’s the price?
The full programme will be £148. The first 100 people will get access for £48.
When will it launch?
Soon! Register your interest and you’ll be the first to know (and first to access it).
Email deliverability resources
What is email deliverability (and why it matters)
Email deliverability is about whether your emails reach the inbox, and what affects that outcome over time.
It’s not just authentication or avoiding spam words (this is not a thing). Deliverability is shaped by technical setup, data quality, engagement behaviour, content patterns, and how inbox providers assess sender reputation.
For B2B marketers, corporate spam filters and IT-controlled inboxes add extra complexity. For B2C and D2C teams, small changes in engagement or sending behaviour can quickly impact revenue. This is why deliverability needs ongoing monitoring, not one-off fixes.
Useful reads:
The six-step deliverability audit process
This is the framework I use when auditing client accounts, and the same process taught in the masterclasses.
1. Situational analysis
Understand what’s happening now and where deliverability issues are showing up.
2. Technical checks (authentication, setup, alignment)
Make sure authentication, domains, and setup aren’t quietly hurting inbox placement.
3. Reputation & infrastructure review
Assess how inbox providers currently see and trust your sending setup.
4. Data & sending hygiene (validation, suppression, cadence)
Check list quality, suppression, cadence and behaviour signals that affect reputation.
5. Inbox placement testing & engagement tracking
Test where emails actually land (inbox vs spam) and find out your average spam rate per provider.
6. Interpretation, root cause matrix → prioritised action plan
Turn findings into a clear, prioritised fix plan using root-cause analysis.
Useful reads:
Improving and protecting deliverability over time
Deliverability isn’t something you “fix once”. It requires consistent monitoring, testing, and sensible sending behaviour.
This includes:
-
list hygiene and re-engagement done properly
-
managing sending patterns and volume
-
protecting engagement signals
-
knowing when (and how) to pause, slow down, or re-warm
The goal isn’t perfection but more about control and resilience.
Useful reads:
Tools I use for deliverability checks and testing
These are tools I regularly reference for audits, monitoring, and testing. They’re not magic fixes but they’re inputs into better decision-making and help you understand email deliverability issues and performance.
You'll learn what tools you should be using for what and when in the masterclasses.
- MXToolbox
- ZeroBounce
- Warmy
- GlockApps
- Google Postmaster
- Microsoft SNDS
- Instantly
How to get a deliverability audit or email audit
If you need hands-on support, I also offer done for you deliverability and email audits.
These audits go deeper than tools or surface checks and are designed to identify root cause, not just symptoms. They look at technical setup, data quality, engagement behaviour, inbox placement, and sending patterns, then translate findings into clear, prioritised actions and a roadmap.
This is the same audit framework taught in the masterclasses, applied directly to your account, with recommendations tailored to your business, audience, and sending model.

What is email deliverability training?
Email deliverability training teaches marketers how inbox placement really works, how to diagnose issues using audits and testing, and how to protect sender reputation over time, which is exactly what these masterclasses are designed to do.
Most marketers find out that their deliverability is broken three months (or even worse 3 years)...
